From now on, they will be able to introduce home (re)buyers and pick up physical services of the (re)buying process. The mortgage advisor also becomes a real estate agent. The changing housing market is causing fewer transactions. The housing platform Funda, with its imminent own mortgage label, will also claim a share of the mortgage market. Mortgage brokers must therefore become more entrepreneurial to maintain their market share. Enterprising mortgage advisors can now easily expand their remit by taking on some of the brokerage tasks.\" He is thinking of bringing in new (sales) clients, house viewings or inspections before the transfer at the notary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>takes place.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certified sales supervisor course<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From its large network of mortgage advisors, they can now introduce home sellers to House.nl in a completely transparent system. House.nl provides its digital platform, back office and network. Depending on the amount of services a mortgage adviser takes up, more commission can be obtained.
